Sharon Avraham-Weiss

Attorney Avraham-Weiss holds a law degree from the Hebrew University and master’s
degrees in law (LL.M.) from Tel Aviv University and in public policy from Harvard University.
She served as Executive Director of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (2014–2021)
and as Co-Chair of the International Network of Civil Liberties Organizations.
She founded the Clinic for Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility at the College
of Law and Business and served as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commissioner for
the Tel Aviv District at the Ministry of Economy.
Currently, she heads the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Community at Tel Aviv University.

Inbar Druyan

Attorney Druyan holds a dual degree in law and communications from the Hebrew University
and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Haifa Faculty of Law, focusing her
research on corporate environmental accountability.
She has worked as a research and teaching assistant to Prof. Richard Laster and Dr. Rachel
Adato in environmental law and interned for Judge Ron Sokol at the Haifa District Court.
Currently, she co-directs the Environmental Justice Clinic at the University of Haifa Faculty of
Law.

Michal Feinberg-Doron

Attorney Michal Feinberg-Doron is a senior partner at N. Feinberg & Co. one of Israel's
leading labor law firms, with nearly 20 years of experience.
She previously worked at the international law firm Proskauer Rose in New York and holds a
U.S. law license.
She recently completed a master’s degree in environmental science at Tel Aviv University.

Idan Ben David

Attorney Idan Ben David worked in the commercial litigation department at Gornitzky & Co,
specializing in class action litigation.
He holds an LL.B. (with honors) and an MBA with a specialization in finance and banking
from the Hebrew University, where he received multiple excellence awards.
Alongside his legal practice, he has volunteered teaching courses on law, democracy, and
human rights to underserved populations.

Gil Grossmann

Attorney Gil Grossmann, a resident of Ashkelon, holds a Master’s degree in law with honors,
specializing in public law from the Hebrew University. He is an independent lawyer focusing
in recent years on class action litigation. He began his professional career in the legal
department of the State Comptroller’s Office.

Amira Arraf

Attorney Amira Arraf has served as Director of the Environmental Justice Center at the
Galilee Society since 2016, where she has worked since 2011 as a project manager. She
leads climate and environmental projects within Arab society in Israel, including an EU-
funded initiative to build climate resilience in Arab municipalities. She is a member of the
advisory committee for the development of a five-year environmental plan for the Arab sector

and leads research and initiatives to promote environmental and social justice. She holds a
law degree from the Hebrew University and a master’s degree with honors in public policy
and administration from the University of Haifa.

Shir Eshkol

Attorney Shir Eshkol runs an independent law firm specializing in commercial and public
interest litigation, with a focus on class action lawsuits. She holds an LL.B. and an M.A. in
Philosophy (both with honors) from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M. (with highest honors)
from Columbia University in New York as a Fulbright Scholar.
She gained professional experience in the litigation departments of two of Israel’s top law
firms. She also served as a legal assistant in the Economic Department of the Tel Aviv
District Court and as a clerk at the Supreme Court. She contributes to academia as a legal
writer and was awarded the Halperin Prize for Legal Writing.

Moriah Shalev

Attorney Shalev operates an independent law firm specializing in civil-commercial litigation,
class actions, and disciplinary law. She holds both LL.B. and LL.M. degrees with honors from
Tel Aviv University. With over 20 years of legal experience, she has worked in several private
law firms. Alongside her legal career, she serves as a reserve officer in the IDF Military
Defense as a Major.

Eran Golan

Attorney Golan is a labor law expert who runs an independent practice focusing on labor law,
class actions, and regulation. He has played a significant role in shaping public policy and
labor legislation, including drafting and promoting key amendments for workers’ rights
protection. He serves as Chair of the Ethics Committee in the Tel Aviv District of the Israel
Bar Association. His academic contributions to labor law have earned him two awards for
outstanding articles, and he actively combines legal practice with social engagement.

Carmel Pomerantz

Attorney Pomerantz is a human rights law expert. She holds an LL.B. and a degree in
philosophy with honors from the Hebrew University and an LL.M. in international human
rights law from American University. Her thesis on the philosophical basis of crimes against
humanity was awarded an outstanding research prize. She runs an independent law firm
focusing on administrative and civil human rights litigation, representing human trafficking
survivors, asylum seekers, human rights defenders, and social activists. Outside her legal
work, Pomeranz is an avid birder.

Saleh Dewani

Attorney Diwani is an independent lawyer and notary, with offices in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
He practices class action law and is a member of the Class Actions Committee of the
Jerusalem District Bar Association. He is a law graduate with extensive legal training in class
actions and labor law.

Niv Meyerson

Niv is a fourth-year law student at the Hebrew University, specializing in climate and
sustainability. He works at Firefly as a pre-intern and serves as a research fellow in climate
law and restitution law with Prof. Yotam Kaplan, co-authoring academic articles. He hosts
the Hebrew podcast "Sustainability in Hebrew." He is set to intern in the Regulation Division

of the Economic Department at the Ministry of Justice. He was a founding member of the
legal clinic for climate and environment and worked at the Ministry of Environmental
Protection's legal department. Before his studies, he served as Government Relations
Manager at Green Course.

Michael Goldboim

Michael currently practices at Gil Ron Keinan Law Firm, a leading firm in class action
litigation. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in philosophy (with honors) from Tel
Aviv University and an LL.B. (with honors) from Bar-Ilan University. He teaches courses in
torts and class actions and has extensive experience in these fields. During his studies, he
received awards and scholarships and participated in an academic excellence program.

Asaf Rosenbloom

Attorney Rosenbloom began his career in the legal department of Adam Teva V’Din (Israel
Union for Environmental Defense), managing the organization’s waste and recycling policy.
He currently heads the legal department of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel,
representing it in major environmental petitions and various legal proceedings. He
specializes in environmental, planning and zoning, administrative law, and human rights.

Bar Rozov

Attorney Bar Rozov-Shagiv is Legal Coordinator at Adam Teva V’Din. She has been working
in environmental law in recent years, representing the public interest in High Court petitions
and legislative processes in the Knesset. She specializes in air pollution reduction, climate
legislation, hazardous substances regulation, climate justice, and related issues.

Valeria Flaxsberg

Attorney Flaxsberg runs an independent civil law practice focusing on local government and
class actions. She co-chairs the Local Government and Municipal Taxation Committee of the
Israel Bar Association. She holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees and has extensive experience as
a senior legal advisor in the municipal sector, including as legal counsel to the Mevasseret
Zion Council and a senior official in the legal department of the Modi’in-Maccabim-Re’ut
municipality. She also served as legal advisor on municipal taxation in the IDF and continues
in this role in reserve duty.

Hila Yad Shalom

Attorney Yad Shalom runs an independent law office specializing in tort and medical
malpractice law. She is also active in environmental and medical law. She holds an LL.B.
and an LL.M., both with honors, and a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), also with
honors. She has extensive experience in leading major environmental legal battles, including
administrative and civil cases on issues such as the Kishon River pollution, asbestos
hazards, coastal cliff collapse, and sinkholes at the Dead Sea. She specializes in
representing victims of environmental harm and medical negligence, often in cooperation
with environmental organizations.

Izhak Abraham

Attorney Abraham runs an independent law firm specializing in insurance and tort law. He is
a member of relevant committees within the Israel Bar Association. He holds an LL.B. from
the Hebrew University and an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University.

Biana Rivkin

Attorney Rivkin holds a law degree from Bar-Ilan University and currently practices in the
fields of torts and medical malpractice at a specialized law firm. She gained professional
experience in commercial litigation and competition law at leading law firms. During her

studies, she contributed to women’s rights through the Rackman Center’s Family Law Clinic
and volunteered at the Omek Center for Socio-Legal Research.

Irin Inbar-Eisinger

Attorney Inbar-Eisinger specializes in environmental and animal rights law. She currently
serves as a senior attorney in the Administrative Department of the Northern District
Attorney's Office (Civil Division) and previously served as the national coordinator for animal
abuse cases at the State Attorney’s Office. She holds an LL.B. and an M.A. in Urban and
Regional Planning with a focus on environmental quality from the Technion. She has initiated
and led numerous environmental projects, chaired the Environmental Quality Committee of
the Haifa District Bar Association, and leads the "Green Law" sustainability forum at the
Ministry of Justice.

Shira Etzioni Pinchas

Attorney Etzioni is an independent attorney specializing in social class actions, focusing on
accessibility, labor law, and discrimination. She holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and
an LL.M. from UCLA, where she specialized in public policy, social justice, and
environmental law. She served as a clinical instructor at the Cyber Human Rights Clinic at
the Hebrew University. During her studies, she conducted research on human trafficking with
NALSAR University in India and volunteered with social organizations such as the Poverty
Struggle Movement and Omek.

Yitzchak Yaniv

Attorney Yaniv is a certified arbitrator and member of the Israel Bar Association’s Arbitration
Institute, as well as a certified mediator recognized by the Israeli court system. He holds an
LL.B., a B.A. in Humanities, an MBA, and an additional LL.M. in Commercial Law from Tel
Aviv University and UC Berkeley (with honors).

Roi Vertesh

Attorney vertesh, based in Be’er Sheva, is an independent lawyer with extensive experience
in personal injury claims. He interned at the National Insurance Institute and has handled
medical committee representations and insurance and liability claims. He is highly aware of
rights-based advocacy and works in the fields of accessibility and consumer claims.

Yosi Berant

Attorney Berant is a criminal defense and traffic lawyer. He holds an LL.B. from Bar-Ilan
University and has extensive experience in criminal law, having worked both in the Public
Defender’s Office and in private practice. He has a particular interest in class action law.

Shay Derei

Attorney Derei runs an independent law office in Haifa specializing in civil-commercial
litigation and class actions. He holds an LL.B. and an MBA. He has significant experience as
head of the litigation department at a firm representing major corporations in class actions.
Deri led several prominent cases, including a class action against the Israel Electric
Corporation that resulted in approximately NIS 1.8 million in compensation to the group
members.
